**With the “Internet Partnership Program” (IPP), your ad will be posted on our website, under “Our Advertising Partners!”, in the “Advertising” section. Ads are altered to fit our IPP standard sizes. We can also set your ad to send the reader directly to your website by clicking the ad (“Click-thru ads”) Additional fee applies for Off-Campus Advertisers. ***All non-SGA chartered organizations and Montclair State University officies, where payment is generated by Montclair State University. NO OFF-CAMPUS BUSINESSES OR ORGANIZATIONS MAY SPONSER WITH UNIVERSITY ORGANISATIONS TO QUALIFY FOR THESE RATES.

-••DEADLINES••-
The deadline for Advertising Submissions to The Montclarion is MONDAY of the publication week at 12:00pm.
The Montclarion reserves the right to change deadlines without notice.
-••CANCELATIONS••-
Cancelations of all advertising space can be done no later than MONDAY at 12:00pm of the publication week to avoid penalties, as listed below.
-••BILLING & PAYMENT••-
ALL ADS(CLASSIFIED, DISPLAY, AND ONLINE) ARE PREPAID, unless credit or billing arrangements have been made with the Advertising Director. Once credit has been established, billing may be requested. Invoices and tearsheets for display and online ads are mailed out the Monday following publication and upload. Bills are due upon receipt. Tearsheets will be issued for classified ads ONLY by seperate, written request AFTER the date of publication. Checks and money Orders are the ONLY acceptable forms of payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR CASH.
-••PENALTIES••-
On the thirty first(31) day from publication that a bill remains unpaid, a 25% finance charge will be levied. After sixty(60) days, an additional 25% finance charge will be levied, and the account will be reffered to an outside collection agency. Delinquent advertisers may not advertise until after their accounts are settled, and run the risk of being banned from advertising all together. Ads cancelled after Monday at 12:00pm WILL BE BILLED the full amount of the ad. Color ads that are cancelled after Monday at 12:00pm are subject to an additional $75.00 fee. WE WILL COLLECT ALL MONIES DUE US TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
•••THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE ADVERTISING DIRECTOR. ALL DECESIONS REGARDING ADVERTISING IN THE MONTCLARION ARE MADE BY THE ADVERTISING DIRECTOR AND THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, AND ARE FINAL.
The Montclarion WILL NOT accept advertisements for fire arms, tobacco products, or any advertisement that is considered to be in poor taste or judgement. We will aggressively prosecute false advertisments to the fullest extent of the law. All rights reserved.•••
